Status of Company

Ghani Global Glass Ltd. was incorporated in Pakistan as a private company on October 4, 2007, under Ghani Tableware (Pvt.) Ltd., under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The status of the Company was changed to an unlisted public Company; consequently, its name was changed to Ghani Tableware Ltd. on July 24, 2008. The name of the Company was further changed to Ghani Global Glass Ltd. on July 14, 2009. The Company was merged into Libas Textiles Ltd. (a listed company). The Company became listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange on December 12, 2014. Ghani Global Glass Limited is a public interest company.
